Beth has been a REALTOR® since 2015 and has lived in northern Virginia since 2004. By profession she is a librarian (MSLS), but has had a variety of roles in higher education and non-profits. As Director of the Language Resource Center at the University of Tennessee she facilitated digital projects that made it one of the first all-digital language labs in the U.S. She taught Italian as part of that role and did faculty development to integrate information technologies in foreign language education. She brought her experience in faculty development and program management to her position at George Mason University as the Director of the Technology Across the Curriculum Program. Her broad experience helped her develop a wide range of IT skills including web development, data management, and cloud services integration that she put to the service of the Association of Research Libraries as Program Officer for IT Services. Beth also did graduate work in International Affairs while employed for many years at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Bologna, Italy.
