After successful stints in sales, politics, and political advocacy for trade associations, Sam turned his attention to real estate. While deeply enjoying his work on Capitol Hill and in government relations, he discovered his passion for marketing and decided to pursue his interest within the real estate profession. Growing up with a mother in real estate, Sam has been around the business for nearly his entire life. He has spent countless hours helping prepare for open houses, placing yard signs, and staging homes since 1989. Now as a real estate professional himself, he uses that experience in combination with his passion for innovative marketing, sales, and negotiation strategy to help clients maximize results and achieve their goals. As a Northern VA native Sam is well positioned to advise clients on selling, investing, buying, or renting property inside the beltway. He looks forward to using his intimate knowledge of the area to advise you on selling, buying, or investing. Born and raised in Arlington, Sam graduated from Yorktown High School. He then went on to attend Brigham Young University, where he played lacrosse, and graduated with a degree in Political Science and Business. Sam currently lives in Arlington along a vibrant and revitalizing stretch of Columbia Pike. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, cycling, skiing, and exploring the restaurants, night life, and shopping in neighborhoods across the District, Maryland, and northern Virginia.
