Rick Holliday

Rick has been a real estate investor in DC and Northern Virginia for over 25 years. He has also worked for AHC Inc, an Arlington-based real estate developer, for the past 14 years where he was responsible for a portfolio of properties and conducted over 100 transactions during that time including both residential and commercial properties ranging from condos and houses to apartment buildings and land for redevelopment. Rick and his family have lived in Lyon Village for 20+ years and is very involved in the community, particularly with affordable housing and housing assistance issues and programs.
