When my wife and I got married she moved in with me in Virginia and she needed to sell her Maryland home. For several months she was paying the mortgage on a home that no one was living in and this was putting a serious strain on our finances. When we decided to sell the home we reached out to Johnny and it was the best decision we could have made. This is a small summary of my experience working with Billy Buck and his staff. It recently came to me to sell a property which had been in our family for 65 years. It was a beautiful, well-cared for home located in a highly valued North Arlington neighborhood. It was also a cherished family  home, full of years of memories and emotional ties. The task ahead of me was daunting on many levels as I had no knowledge at all of the process of selling a house and also, as the trustee of our family, a great burden of responsibility was upon my shoulders. When I decided to sell my home in North Arlington in February 2015, as is my practice, I consulted three real estate companies. All provided the same basic information on price, showing and selling. Billy Buck and Phil McGeorge gave the most careful and thorough presentation and so I selected Buck Associates. To be fair, I had met them when I rented one of their properties when my home was being renovated. At that time I also found them helpful. They performed their duties exactly as they had promised. Suggestions to make the house absolutely ready for selling were sensible in both budget and execution. The house sold in April 2015 in a few days with multiple offers. But before all of that happened, you were there to guide me; to tell me that my location was excellent, not only within Arlington but also within the condominium building; and to advise me what improvements I needed to make and what improvements were unnecessary.
